Project Summary:

Full refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing Victorian house, including seismic upgrades and a basement extension.

Working within the constraints of the existing building and the land value in San Francisco being at a premium, this project focused on utilising every available space. A truly unique family home was created for the client with storage included within the steps of the staircase, with both a bar and fireplace integrated within the existing structure.
